Le 19’ Hors Taxes est une émission hebdomadaire de libre antenne très variée qui existe depuis de nombreuses années. Les chroniques sont ancrées dans l’actualité quels que soient les domaines. Etant fiers de notre ville, nous souhaitons mettre en avant dès que possible les évènements ou les initiatives des Toulousains. Cela se fait au travers de nombreuses chroniques ou en les invitant en studio afin de leur laisser la parole. Actus insolites, musiques, anecdotes de culture générale et agenda sont également au programme de l'émission.
