UTOPIA-758, une base interplanétaire entre Mars et Jupiter. Ancien fleuron de la recherche spatiale, abandonné par la Terre avec ses milliers d’occupants. Un groupuscule du nom de l’OcCulte, soutenu par son armée « Les Cera-Tristis » impose une dictature qui prend racine dans les conflits et les peurs. Le Grand Néo, leur chef, contribue au pouvoir violent et malsain jetant à « l’Isolarium » toute personne susceptible de lui nuire. Dans cette prison, les détenus sont livrés à eux-mêmes, des clans naissent et des luttes fratricides éclatent. Simia, une figure de l’ancienne gouvernance, coincé entre deux réalités nous guide dans cette histoire.
