Halshack is an everything music entertainment juggernaut including podcasts hosted by me with music and music only bonus show podcasts, review blogs, video channel like MTV and our own radio station on ZENO FM!!! Festival promotion company coming as well. We are broadcasted, played, streamed, downloaded, or aired in over 500 global markets and over 100 countries around the world!! I work with indie bands who have earned top star music collab projects with (Stevie Nicks, Frankie Muniz, Lil Zane, Belinda Carlisle, Eminem, including many more credits) We also help represent #1 Billboard rock band CAVO!!I am honored to have been bestowed with such gifted musicians and music and to be revered with such respect among my peers. Thanks so much for your love and support as we continue to rise to the top of the music industry. I am currently fielding investors and/or partners to make HALSHACK RECORDS a reality. I have partners who are former major label reps as we all come from a major label background in some capacity. I earned a partnership with REVERBNATION about 3 years ago through the former owner of the company Lou Plaia. He and his partners after 15 years of investment into the indie music community sold the company to Bandlab! A Singaporean company. I have continued that relationship as most reps still work for the company. They have fed me hundreds of new bands through their "Opportunities network" as well as my contacts with Belinda Carlisle and Eminem and Lil Zane and Nic Collins (son of Phil Collins) in his own band as a drummer as he is also the current touring drummer for Genesis! Im very very honored to have these credits! We recently put heavy focus on the radio station for ZENO FM! So far it has received massively strong positive reviews and people have logged thousands of hours of listening for the station in a short time! AWESOME!! Find the show on every major music platform in the world and on ZENO FM (exclusive content) and on HALSHACK.com

Flashback Requests (Barry James)

Flashback Request Show (Barry James)
Tuesday Evenings, 9 pm - 12 midnight on Caroline Flashback
Barry first found music when he borrowed his sister's record collection when he was about eight and was hooked. When Caroline started it was a new beginning, and he listened to all the stations, but Caroline was his favourite by far. Later he became a singer in a band, then started doing discos when he was 18. He joined Caroline in 1977, touring the country with the Caroline Roadshow for 10 years, having great fun. Barry helped with tender trips and worked on the Ross Revenge in '84 and '85. He has done many RSL's with the station, and is very proud to be part of THE LEGEND. Barry has worked at Hastings Rock, XLfm in Ely, and Tulip Radio in Spalding. Barry is married to a very understanding wife, Bud, has 3 children and 5 lovely grandchildren. He says he will work for Caroline for as long as they want him – or can put up with him! LA. Barry now presents his own show on Friday mornings on the main channel, and rotates presentation duties for Flashback Requests on Tuesday evenings with Clive Garrard and Dave Foster. Send your requests during the show to: requests@carolineflashback.co.uk.

Friday evenings,9-11pm on Radio Caroline Flashback
County Down born Derek Taylor had his first taste of broadcasting on BFBS in Aden in 1966, where his father was serving in the British Army, hosting the weekly Get With It Club! Back in England he worked as a night club DJ before entering drama college and then university. Graduating in 1979, he joined the BBC World Service, working on The Weekly Echo. From there his broadcasting career took him to BBC Radio Suffolk, where he presented a weekly arts show. But he fell out badly with the programme organiser over the anti-war song "Gallipoli". Apparently the song was too long and therefore too costly for the BBC to play. He was told he would never work for the BBC again, and hasn't. Derek next joined a group applying for a local radio license in Folkestone/Dover Kent, producing and presenting the news and the drive-time show. From there he moved to Thanet Radio and presented a country music show. In 1992 Derek discovered the British Archive of Country Music where he has worked ever since as an Archivist. The Archive has nearly a million country music recordings scanning the whole history of country music and its roots. It's this collection that forms the basis for his Archive Roots Americana Show on Radio Caroline. Derek Taylor has also written ten western novels, all still in print. He can't think why, other than the fact that he loves cowboy music!
